This is a paradox to the rational mind, which can only process one idea at a time. Your natural state isn't an idea. It can only be known by inhabiting it right now.

The heart is where we truly become human.

I wrote that humanity is stuck in the solar plexus. Our next step is ascension into the heart.

Fully incarnated human beings perceive with the heart centre.

Tune into the feeling in your chest, level with the physical heart and engage it with your sense perception. It feels like you’re seeing and listening with the heart centre.

With practice there is deeper engagement and appreciation of sensory experience. We feel accepted into the community of experience. Instead of barely noticing it, we feel connected, interested and appreciative.

Sometimes we need a catalyst to activate the heart. Trees are perfect for this because they are completely unconditional and love engaging with humans. Feel love and appreciation transmitting through your heart centre into a tree. Be patient, giving it time to tune into you and return your love.

I recommend that you work on opening and relaxing your fascia. My favourite YouTube channel for this is Block Therapy. Releasing fascia will allow your body to open naturally, instead of being stuck in old outdated holding patterns.

Until you engage your heart centre in perception, there is always a feeling of separation and disconnect. This can manifest as anxiety and feeling unsafe.

You are designed to engage your senses through your heart centre. Of course, you see with your eyes and listen with your ears. But when you feel like you’re perceiving with the heart, you engage its warm loving energy into the way you show up in the world. Consequently the world warms to you, inviting you into ever deeper intimacy.

Substack is full of non dual pointing. All I’ve seen so far are variations on the “this is it, there’s nothing to do” trope.

Such pointing addresses the conscious rational mind, but doesn’t connect with the deeper subconscious. Consequently we can get that there is nothing to do and all is one, but still have an itch that we can’t scratch.

It’s important to realize that our mind has masculine (rational, logical) and feminine (intuitive, emotional) qualities.

A rational biased mind can easily negate the body. We’ve seen this many times in well known and respected spiritual teachers.

When asked why he didn’t heal himself of cancer, Ramana Maharshi exclaimed “The body itself is a disease. Let it have its natural end”. People have argued that he meant identification with the body is a disease. This is true, but the subconscious receives the message literally.

The subconscious can’t extrapolate - it takes everything at face value. The rational mind achieves peace through negation. The subconscious achieves it through validation.

Validation for the subconscious / feeling mind means being filled with awareness; being consciously tuned into this holistic sensory experience, before the rational mind gives appearances names and classifies them into good and bad, useful and unuseful, healthy and diseased etc.

The subconscious mind registers life as it is, without judgment. It’s able to respond to circumstances intelligently without labeling them good or bad. These labels take the subconscious out of the present and into the conditioned shadow world of the past.

It’s easy to intellectually realize that all is one and there’s nothing to do, but full realization accepts that there is something to be. This means truly being as we are - awareness (masculine) fully immersed in experience (feminine). If we don’t keep impersonal awareness anchored in holistic experience, we give birth to two unruly children: personal thoughts (masculine) and emotions (feminine). These represent the idea of ‘me’ as a separate person living in an external world, surrounded by separate people and objects.

This mental-emotional overlay on real life is what insulates us from the self-evident fact of our present oneness with all.

I constantly come back to the fundamental importance of right breathing, connecting the warm open head to feet body glow with space, sight and sound and freeing ourselves of unnecessary tension - particularly in the fascia. The more we practice this, the more we erode the habit of unnecessary tension, which perpetuates feelings of separation.

I hope this article has impressed upon you the paradox that while there truly is nothing to do and nowhere to go, there definitely is something to be. Be consciously aware of this blessed living sensory experience NOW. Cultivate this presence with right breathing and conscious opening exercises. You aren’t trying to fix yourself or get somewhere. You are simply keeping your inner garden happy. This is the way of the master.

We can train ourselves to be present in sensory awareness, open to the full field of sight, sound and sensation. Engaging the belly and solar plexus with the breath massages the internal organs, which helps to digest emotion before it takes on a life of its own.

Sometimes though, we receive a shock and old habits of fear, judgment and other emotions can be set alight by imagined negative outcomes. The solar plexus is our emotional centre and needs to be relaxed, open and in communication with the lower belly, heart and full field of the body, to effectively process emotion.

To facilitate this connection, we breath with the nose into the solar plexus, kidneys and belly and feel the chest relax and open. The out breath is longer than the in breath.

We also send a loving affirmative message down from the head into the chest, solar plexus and belly.

The body is a wave of intelligent energy, not a separate material ‘thing’. Within the community of body intelligence, the head is ‘heaven’. Orders and other communication are transmitted down from the head. As children we receive these instructions from our parents. We habitually speak to ourselves according to the way we were raised.

Conscious loving parents discipline their children firmly, but always with love. They let their children know they have made mistakes or been naughty, but ensure they still feel loved and accepted. Children respect this. They don’t respect weak or rigid parents. This disrespect eventually turns on themselves, as they start acting like their parents.

If our parents weren’t firm and loving, we will have a strongly ingrained tendency to be hard on ourselves. After receiving a shock or bad news, our subconscious will play out according to the way it’s been programmed.

To break this program we can speak down to our chest, solar plexus and belly saying, “good”, “thank you” and “I love you”.

This may seem unnatural at first, as we go against the momentum of negative programming, but combined with conscious breathing and sensory engagement, we will eventually receive inner feelings of relief, validation and acceptance. Our adolescent self in the solar plexus and child in the lower belly will feel acknowledged and safe.

With this wise, loving emotional management, we come to understand our parents’ behaviour at a deeper level. Having once been negative towards ourselves and others, we see that we just didn’t know how to act differently. We realize that if we knew how, we would have always treated ourselves with respect and love.

Our parents simply didn’t know how to act differently. They treated themselves as they treated us. The fact is that we have everything within us: child, adolescent, adult and elder. It is a choice to manage our community with love and wisdom.

Humans have free will, but to realize this we must first suffer enough without it.

Remember to speak kindly to yourself when needed. Be responsive to different qualities of emotion. Notice strong judgmental thoughts followed by fear and sadness - remnants of our unloved adolescent and child selves.

• Take charge of the situation by opening awareness into present sensory experience.

• Engage the breath, in and out through the nose into the solar plexus, kidneys and belly, longer out breaths than in breaths.

• Kindly speak to emotional feelings in the chest, solar plexus and wherever else they may be. Acknowledge them just as they are, saying thank you, good, I love you.

• This is being the Lord of yourself. It is part of self mastery.

You can’t know reality through your mind. This is almost a spiritual cliché in that it’s intellectually known, but not actually embodied.

It’s so easy to choose reality: we just need to know what to do.
Choosing reality is giving yourself completely to this sensory experience. That means relaxing through the acquired habit of separating sense into subsections such as sight, sound, sensation, taste and smell. These are dead concepts which point towards immediate living sensory experience.

Habitually living within the mental emotional overlay of concepts is like being trapped in a giant spider’s web. We can see the interconnectedness of everything, just as we see waves being one with the ocean. However an acquired overlay of concepts hijacks our perception, so that we live in a world of imagination, rather than immediate sensory presence.

In the spider’s web of the mind we are focused on survival. The natural tendency of our subconscious to open and connect with experiences that feel right and remain indifferent to those which don’t, is downgraded to likes and dislikes.

To repeat, choosing reality is simply opening to this sensory experience. Whenever thoughts and emotions arise we let them be without any intervention. Mental-emotional phenomena comes and goes. As long as we disengage from it immediately and keep awareness in holistic sensory experience, we train our subconscious to automatically disengage from it.

This is only possible if you are truly ready to surrender control and trust life. If so you will observe life’s magic unfolding effortlessly. You’ll still be called upon to make practical decisions, but will find them easier and easier to make as your conscious rational mind learns to trust the inscrutable wisdom of your subconscious.

Being Real

To prepare yourself for immediate perception, sit comfortably and relax your belly.

• Breath in and out through your nose.

• Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth with the tip touching the ridge behind your front teeth (this is the correct anatomical position for your tongue at rest). This helps with posture and energetic alignment.

• Breathe in to the solar plexus and then the lower belly.

• Feel like the breath is connecting with your kidneys and lower back.

• Breathe in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 6.

• After some time the breath becomes automatic and you can stop counting.

• Feel the body as a warm field of energy - don't picture or think about it.

• Open awareness into what is seen and heard, simultaneous with the body glow.

• When thoughts arise, let them be without intervention.

• Feel the body glow completely formless and open.

• Relax back into your pure subjective naked awareness.

• Observe that you are completely unbound.

• Stay grounded in the body glow, open to space, sight and sound.

In my post

I described how our adolescent intelligence is located in the solar plexus. Here we realize our personal sovereignty and the ability to question authority. This in turn gives us emotional resilience and the power of forgiveness towards ourselves and others.

Our psychological state is compromised when the solar plexus carries unnecessary tension. Until this is released, we are dammed to a life of emotional reactivity. One of most common ways we try to address it, is through psychology based therapies. This is like a horse chasing a carrot on a stick: it gives us hope and temporary feelings that we are overcoming emotional issues, but we never quite get there.

Only physical release of tension can facilitate true emotional healing. Tension is primarily locked into our fascia, an interconnecting web of tissue containing structured water, which encompasses the whole body. Fascia is the interface between our etheric non-physical blueprint for optimal health and physical experience.

Releasing body wide fascia is part of real spiritual work. It tunes us into pain and tension we’ve been subconsciously carrying, often since early childhood. When fascia constricts, the effect is like wearing clothes that are several sizes too small. We are locked into old outdated thinking and emotional patterns. Here lies the real cause of emotional immaturity and inability to stand up and make our own decisions in the face of authoritarian control.

Breathing to Open the Solar Plexus and Abdomen

Each breath we take should activate and engage the diaphragm. The diaphragm is the primary muscle of respiration, a dome-shaped, double-domed sheet of skeletal muscle that separates the thoracic cavity (containing the heart and lungs) from the abdominal cavity.

Diaphragm breathing massages the internal organs, which breaks up chronic stagnation caused by chest or other incorrect breathing.

Breathing Exercise

Sit with your back straight and head balanced on shoulders.

Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth with the tip resting on the ridge behind your front teeth. This is the correct position of your tongue at rest. Keeping it here will slow your mind and optimise your posture.

Breath in and out gently through your nose. In for a count of 4 seconds and out for a count of 6 seconds.

On the in breath feel like your solar plexus is filling and expanding, then feel the breath pushing deeper down to your navel. On the out breath first feel the lower belly contracting and then follow the feeling of contraction into the solar plexus.

Breathe like this for a minimum of 5 minutes every day to retrain yourself back into optimal breathing.

Using Your Hands to Open the Solar Plexus

Apply some coconut oil to your abdomen between the sternum and navel.

Join all your finger and thumb tips together in one point and apply firm downward movement from the bottom centre of your sternum to your navel. You can also push down the left and right sides of your abdomen.

Try synchronising your out breaths with each downward movement.

The benefit of using your fingers in this way is that your finger tips emit energy. You are massaging and energising simultaneously.

I sometimes use a gua sha made of aventurine (pictured above) instead of my fingers. This applies deeper pressure.

You can also apply inward and downward pressure with the gua sha on the soles of your feet.

Start from the point shown - called K1 in acupuncture - and move down to the top of your heel. You're working on the soft arch of your foot.

Initially you may feel pain or discomfort. This is a helpful signal that energy is blocked. Reframe your idea of pain as something to be avoided, to your body’s communication that it requires opening.

Once your solar plexus is open, your whole emotional world will feel more resilient and safe. You won't be so easily triggered and you'll ride the waves of circumstances like a pro!

Your digestion will improve as the fire in the solar plexus is rekindled by bellows like breathing. The connection between belly and bellows is more than just semantic!

The ancients understood that digestive fire is of paramount importance for perfect digestion of food, thoughts and emotions.

Liberate your solar plexus to experience your true sovereignty. You’ll be very happy with what you find!

Writing this on Easter Sunday, I’m reminded that Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu and other great spiritual characters are first and foremost, templates for awakening. As soon as we relate to them as historical figures, we lose the immediate power of what they represent in us.

Whether Jesus lived or not really doesn’t matter. It’s what he represents which does. Jesus is the blueprint for perfect human embodiment in the Age of Pisces. He appeared at the beginning of the Age and was associated with the sign of the fish. His teaching was loving and healing, much in contrast to the ‘jealous’ God and war like deities of the Age of Aries.

Buddha too was a Piscean age deity. Though he was born around 600 years before the beginning of Pisces, his teachings became more popular after the reign of Emperor Ashoka at the end of the age of Aries.

During each astrological age, the Sun - which represents our conscious mind - must deal with and navigate the themes of the age. Pisces, which is ruled by nebulous Neptune, governs qualities such as intuition, creativity, empathy and sensitivity. Its negative guise is delusion.

The solar system is a macrocosm of a human being. Each one of us is our own solar system, with Earth as body, Sun as conscious mind, Moon and planets as subconscious mind.

Neptune’s location at the edge of the solar system is crucial to understanding the age of Pisces. It symbolizes the point where familiar tangible qualities melt away and we begin to enter the mystery of deep space, or being. In space / being there is nothing to reflect on and we must trust a deeper sense of intuitive knowing to navigate our way. Without this intuitive connection, we try to understand things rationally, but are always left ‘in the dark’, or in delusion.

The age of Pisces happened within a larger cosmic cycle called the Kali Yuga in Vedic wisdom, or the Iron age by the ancient Greeks.

The 25,800 year Yuga cycle is equal to a complete precession of the equinox, during which the Sun navigates the themes of each of the 12 astrological signs. In his book Yuga Shift, Bibhu Dev Misra theorizes that the Milky Way’s Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) pulses on and off throughout the Yuga Cycle. The Vedic Sages called the AGN Brahma, the active creative principal.

When the AGN is dormant, life on Earth “declines in virtue”. According to Misra the Kali Yuga ended on 21st March 2025, around which time the AGN became active again.

Looking back on the Piscean age, we see how mankind totally misinterpreted Jesus’s teaching. What was originally presented as a blueprint for individual awakening, was twisted into an egoic materialistic cult. All religion in the age of Pisces is Saturn worship, as Saturn rules time and the material world.

This isn’t Saturn’s fault, as it’s just an aspect of our subconscious. It provides materiality to our dream like experience. We are not bodies living on a planet, but pure awareness manifesting a dreamlike experience which appears real only when we forget who we are (pure awareness).

Coming back to Easter, today is a reminder for us to rise from the limitation of imagining we are mortal bodies, into Heaven on Earth. Heaven on Earth is the synchronization of our full intelligence; the Sun of the conscious mind finally integrating the deeper wisdom of the subconscious.

We are in the final century of the age of Pisces - the century of Judgment. There is no better time for us to internalize the teachings of Jesus and Buddha. We must let them go as historical figures and embody the templates they have graced us with.

The hero of myth is potentially every one of us. Like Frodo in The Lord of the Rings, we become bored with the humdrum NPC (non player character) like life of the masses who have no curiousity to venture beyond their conditioning.

The perils and monsters the hero faces are characterisations of his unresolved thoughts and emotions. He is also helped by benefic elemental and spiritual forces, which are aspects of his awakening consciousness.

Instead of focusing on psychological trauma - which always ties us to a fake idea of ourselves - the hero focuses on present sensory experience. He understands that unnecessary physical tension causes negative psychology, and has the will and courage to work lovingly with his body.

To be the hero requires us to be HERE. That means being naked, giving up identification with anything that isn't here. The zombie like momentum of past psychology - what I call mental emotional overlay - will try to re-establish itself and the hero must keep his awareness on the goal.

The hero's goal is to neutralise the dweller on the threshold* and merge completely with what is. The Lord of the Rings depicts this as Frodo sailing for the undying lands at the end of the story.

It’s only a belief that myths and fairy tales are for children or just entertainment. When truly appreciated they help us to make sense of our inner journeys and connect us with the spirit of those who have gone before and reached the goal HERE.

*The Dweller on the Threshold is a concept originating from Sir Edward Bulwer-Lytton's 1842 novel Zanoni, referring to a malevolent entity or the sum total of an individual's accumulated darkness, negative karma, and lower nature that must be confronted and overcome to achieve spiritual enlightenment.

Each major energy centre in our bodies relates to different stages of our development.

• Infant: base of torso, anus, perineum.

• Child: sacral / lower abdomen,

• Adolescent: solar plexus.

• Adult: heart / chest.

• Elder: throat.

It’s important for all these centres to be relaxed and open, so that we can access their gifts.

• Tight perineum: lack of groundedness and safety.

• Tight lower abdomen: lack of centredness and enjoyment of life.

• Tight solar plexus: rebelliousness, emotional insecurity and addiction.

• Tight heart centre: lack of love and forgiveness.

• Tight throat: cuts us off from higher spiritual wisdom.

I’m writing primarily about the solar plexus, because humanity has become stuck in this centre. We are like teenagers who think we know everything, but have very little experience of the real world. We think the real world is the mental-emotional overlay that we impose on sensory experience.

The real world is how animals experience it: utterly visceral and one with the full sensory field. Our human experience is to make it conscious; to hold the space for life through love, appreciation and gratitude. When we do this life gets better; it responds to love and appreciation by flowering with more happiness, health and wealth.

Life is like a perpetual motion machine, guided by deep immutable laws and cycles. We don’t need to do anything, because life is already doing it all automatically. At the adolescent stage of development this can seem too simplistic, too childlike. We want to control life, which pans out into controlling others and the environment.

The craziest, most uptight people end up running the mental-emotional overlay, which everyone else keeps alive through identification with it. The cosmic joke is that even though people think they are in control, they are actually being controlled by their refusal to let life go its natural way. When life is dammed, the controller is damned.

The Solution

The solution is love, appreciation and gratitude. Exercising these heart based qualities matures us into spiritual adults. Our bodies are always listening to our mental emotional feedback. Habitually negative feedback causes physical tension and holding patterns in the body’s fascia, which dams energy flow. This leads to habitually negative psychology and eventually illness.

The solar plexus is the body’s emotional centre. It is of vital importance for it to be relaxed, happy and open. Our experience comes from the body. When it is happy, we experience happiness - it’s really that simple.

From a disembodied mental-emotional overlay view of life, everything is separate and in competition with everything else. In this damned state of mind, the body can never relax and happiness is always ‘out there’, in the mental-emotional dream world. We trade in the real present natural happiness of our human nature, for druglike here today, gone tomorrow mental-emotional fake happiness. The result is more physical tension, which perpetuates the unhappy cycle.

Tune in to your Solar Plexus

• Feel into the warm alive feeling of your solar plexus.

• Smile down into it. To your solar plexus, this feels like a blessing from heaven above. This is because in your bodily experience, heaven is in the head.

• Say “thank you” and “love you” to your solar plexus.

The real test of your love and appreciation will come when you feel emotional and there’s a desire to judge yourself, others, or do something destructive. What your body needs to break the damned cycle at this point, is the pattern interrupt of love and acceptance. Contrary to your rational mind’s belief that this gives you permission to act destructively, the power of love transmutes the emotion into a higher expression of itself.

In fairy tales this is illustrated through motifs like the magic wand and princess kissing the frog. Both are metaphors for the conscious mind.

When you smile into and say thank you and love you to your solar plexus, you automatically exercise and open your heart centre too.

Develop a a more flexible state of mind. Feel as if you’re seeing and hearing with the inside of your body. Let go of the body as a separate thought based thing and open its sensation to full sensory experience. The inside of your body - organs, glands, fascia, muscles, bones, blood etc needs the blessing of natural light, sound, sensation, taste, smell and humour to fully bloom.

Keeping your body locked into the fake mental-emotional idea of the world depletes, depresses and dries it out.

Your life is your life. No politician, official, doctor, law enforcer, scientist, expert or anyone else has dominion over your real life here now, before identification with the fake overlay world. To paraphrase Jesus, “Be in the (fake mental-emotional overlay) world, not of the (fake mental-emotional overlay) world”. This means you that can still interact with others in a conceptual way, but are not ruled by concepts.

Remember to smile into and talk lovingly and positively to your solar plexus. This heals any unresolved adolescent issue and lets you ascend into your destiny as a fully mature heart centred adult. It also opens you up to bodily communication, which can take the form of body and breath work, yoga, qigong, stretching, being in nature and giving up unhealthy food and habits.

The general collective view of life begins with a lazy, unscientific assumption that it's ‘out there' in a real external world full of separate things. This assumption derails honest inquiry into life’s true nature from the start.

Before we apply labels and judgements to appearances, everything just IS. The appearance of what is keeps changing by itself.

Isn't it common sense to see that the world as we think it is, is not the real world as we perceive it?

The world as we we think it is, is a mental emotional superimposition on what is. It's like wearing a virtual reality headset, which vastly limits and obscures the magic being presented to us. As a result, because our understanding of life is always limited and in the past, we exile ourselves to a condition of debt.

This is not real life: it's a collective shared fantasy which milks our life blood dry. Thoughts and emotions are chemical reactions in the body, each one a little drug hit. The so called ‘real world’ with its clown like leaders and forever wars is an opium den of collective addiction.

It's so easy to turn off the news. Initially there may be withdrawal symptoms as the mind craves its phony fix. Holding unconditional space for this is real spiritual work.

Mara, the Buddhist concept of death, rebirth and desire, isn't out there: it's our own unruly mind projecting its fantasies onto the screen of sense.

Are you ready to be completely honest and investigate life as it actually is right now, without any preconceptions?

Be naked, as you are right now. No thoughts (including the body thought) no emotions: absolutely naked. Tune out of the mental sights and sounds of the virtual reality headset mind and into pure sensory experience. See and hear with the subtle head to feet warm glow of sensation, which is your local wave in the ocean of life. Stay submerged in this formless sensory experience.

Breathe with your belly. Breathe in for a count of 4 and out with a count of 6. Once you get into the rhythm, you can stop counting and completely open to sensory experience. Relax awareness into the space which allows everything to be. Be the space, grounded in sense.

I’m growing Lotus flowers for the first time. The seeds are protected by a hard outer shell, which can preserve them for hundreds of years. The shell must be scarified to allow the seeds to germinate.

The lotus is a sacred flower, symbolising humanity’‘s spiritual growth from roots in mud, to fully bloomed heavenly beauty.

We must also be scarified to allow us to germinate into conscious human beings. Life does this for us, cracking us out of narrow minded ideas and expectations. Resistance is futile because we are life. Any attempt to control it always ends in suffering for the controller, because life is really in control. Its rhythms are so fundamental and ancient that it always finds its way back to Source, just as water evaporates out of the sea, forms clouds, rains on mountains, forms springs and rivers and flows back into the ocean, round and round eternally.

Accept that your scarification is an essential part of your conscious becoming. Accept it with grace and humour. Discover the power within you to simply open up and embrace what is. No judgements, just spacial awareness of the entire field of experience.

Go where you have never gone before; break out of the mental emotional cell of “me and the world”.

Be the World, not through effort or force of will, but by allowing the self-evident fact to reveal itself through simply being as you are.

Remember that you can't be as you are when you bring presuppositions with you. You Are before any label is applied.

As described in my blog Jesus, Mary Magdalene, the Age of Pisces and the Tarot, each sequential card of the Tarot Major Arcana, beginning with The Fool from 0 – 99, governs each of the 21 centuries of the Age of Pisces. The 22^nd and final World card governs the first century of the age of Aquarius.

Now that we’re in the final century of the age of Pisces, Humanity is in Judgment. Our choices and actions this century determine the kind of World we’ll move into next. I’m not suggesting that time is linear, or that it even exists in the way we think. We live in a realm of Universal Mind – Our Mind - as points of awareness. We are Suns of Source, always absolutely present, yet our experience is always changing.

Spiritual sciences like Astrology, Numerology and Tarot provide us with a map of our experience, past, present and future (each experience unfolding in the presence of awareness).

The 20^th century – 1900 – 1999 - was the zenith of 1000 years of masculine 1 energy, which began in 1000. Consequently the masculine energy was incredibly strong; so much so that even women became more masculine during this time.

There are three words which describe the main themes of the 20^th, 21^st and 22^nd centuries. They offer us great insight into how to best navigate our 21^st century experience, in order to incarnate into the best possible new World.

The 20^th century’s card is The Sun (19). It indicates Humanity’s awakening into individuated consciousness, each person thinking for themselves more than before. 19 is a karmic number in numerology. This reminds us that we must be careful about egotism and abuse of power (imbalanced 1 energy). The best case scenario was that each of us awakened our Christ consciousness. The worst was becoming more egotistical and materialistic. As it turned out 1900 – 1999 was the century of Lucifer, rather than Christ. Its theme was muscle.

The 21^st century’s card is Judgment (20). This indicates Humanity being tested at the end of the age of Pisces. What have we learned after navigating over 2000 years of Piscean energy? Have we been able to put the practices of the embodiment of the age, Jesus Christ into effect, or have we fallen foul of Pisces delusion?

The answers are critical to the World that we will incarnate into next. Whether we physically make it into the 22^nd century or not, all of us are being tested. Perhaps we won’t reincarnate into the 22^nd century, but according to the choices we make this century, each of us will incarnate into something tangibly better, or worse – no middle ground.

The Judgment card shows ancestors rising from the dead. This reminds us that all our unresolved trauma is resurfacing now. It is made stronger by the fact that since 2000, the masculine 1 pole shifted into the feminine 2. As I’ve written about in previous posts, until the end of 2025, we were still very much influenced by the outgoing 1 energy, while our nervous systems were trying to adapt to the incoming sensitive 2. Beginning 2026 the more conscious among us are integrating masculine and feminine more effectively.

It’s very interesting that both trauma and fascia therapies are popular now. The choice between one or the other will have a major impact on our evolutionary process. We are not bodies or spirits in bodies, living on a spherical or flat Earth in external space. These are interpretations of our immediate formless sensory experience by our rational mind function. In reality, everything is in Us. We are Source awareness manifesting experience. Life is the dream of Source. We have bodies, but they’re not 3D separate things in a separate world. Our bodies are energetic, in constant flow and resonance, and completely one with the ocean of life.

In the Century of Judgment the Choices We Make Determine the World We Incarnate Into Next

Those who are still identified with objective personal experience are focusing on trauma. What they don’t realize is that even though their intention is to resolve it, continued focus causes trauma to persist. This seems illogical to the rational mind, but the subconscious keeps perpetuating and manifesting whatever we focus upon. This is one of our biggest lessons: understanding and managing our mind.

The more conscious awakening ones are focusing on immediate sensory experience. We realize that when we keep awareness focused in the somatic head to feet formless sensation of the body, one with sensory experience, we feel good. As body intelligence awakens, we’re given more insight into internal blocks and tension which hold old thought patterns in place. New discoveries into the nature of fascia suggest that it is the primary holder of past limiting conditioning - more so than organs, glands, muscles and joints. Fascia is the communication network of the body, holding and linking everything together.

To ensure our most optimal experience we free our bodies of unnecessary tension.

Let’s live like we already in the World we most desire: one of Love, Happiness, Health and Abundance. To achieve this it’s essential that our fascia network is relaxed, supple and free of past holding patterns. There are many helpful YouTube channels and videos which show us how to unlock our fascia. The process can be painful, but it’s good pain, as bearing with it frees us from the past, and spiritually and energetically dials us into the very best present.

Fascia is a continuous, web-like network of connective tissue made mostly of collagen that surrounds and supports every structure in the body, including muscles, organs, nerves, bones, blood vessels, and even individual cells. It acts as a structural framework, providing form, stability, and flexibility while allowing smooth movement between tissues.

The 22^nd century theme is fascia. The best case scenario I see for Humanity in the new World at the beginning of the age of Aquarius, is that we are completely free of past limiting conditioning. Remember that we can’t think or discuss our way out of conditioning; it runs deeper than that. We must have the courage to dive deeper than ever before into our own bodies, penetrating and releasing pain and tension.

Let’s make the new World a reality through conscious embodiment and release of the past.

I feel that the first tightening limitation we place in our fascia comes from imagining ourselves as separate bodies in a world of separation. Subconsciously we know this isn’t true, but constant conditioning from parents and others habituates us into the death cult of the imaginary external world.

We learn to identify with the appearance of the body and this prevents our emotions from harmlessly coming and going. Emotion becomes my emotion and our ego, whose job is protect the physical body begins to protect the idea of me, which further perpetuates separation.

The first step to opening and healing the fascia is to breathe as if we’re breathing for the whole of our sensory experience, not just the mental emotional limits of the body.

Open awareness to embrace whole sensory experience as your body. See how good it feels to let go of the idea of the body as it opens into formless sensory breathing awareness.

Breathe silently and easily with your belly, engaging the diaphragm muscle. Ensure the exhales are longer than the inhales.

We live in a realm of Mind. We are the awareness of Source beholding present experience. The biblical Holy Trinity of Father (Source), Son (Awareness) and Holy Spirit (Experience) is a useful metaphor to describe what in truth, simply is right now and always (even though the appearance is always changing).

The rational mind has its place and purpose in the great community of Universal intelligence. It labels, classifies and judges appearances. It’s a very useful tool when counterbalanced by the intuitive inner knowing that appearances are just waves arising from and falling back into the Universal ocean.

In this balance of intelligence we can respond to threats in a way which defuses them before they can gather momentum and overwhelm us. Waves arise and fall back into the ocean. All forms must eventually die.

At the human level we are subject to being subsumed back into the ocean and as we're blessed with rational and intuitive intelligence, our sovereignty as well as our physical survival is being constantly tested.

When we are cut off from our intuition, our rational mind overcompensates. This was most obvious in 2020 with the covid 19 psychological operation. As soon as I heard about it in February, I knew it was nothing to be concerned about. It was simply an inner knowing that I completely trusted. I expected everyone else to wise up too, but of course that didn’t happen.

For the most part, skepticism to the covid 19 narrative came from rational scientific research. It was better than nothing, but the point here is that when our intuition is working properly, we don’t need to waste our energy on research. We simply know that something doesn’t feel right and reject it.

There are very many people who scoff at this. They are like blind people who refuse to acknowledge that there are those who can see, or NPC’s stuck in the limitation of their own programming within a video game.

It is this mindset which has given rise to AI. We think of AI as a machine thing, but really it’s any thinking which isn’t counterbalanced by intuition and lacks heart. Thinking is a head thing, intuition is a gut thing and they meet in the heart.

You must do whatever feels right for you, but I encourage you to limit the use of AI as much as possible. When something is free or cheap, then you are the product. There is always a price to pay.

Your body has your purpose hardwired into it. You know you’re doing the right or wrong things by the way you feel. If you haven’t been able to tune into this yet, you’re spending too much time away from nature, insulating yourself in fake external world ideas and feelings. The world is in you, not the other way round.

Solutions to any conceivable threat from AI will be found effortlessly, when we cease to engage with it. It is not creative and never will be, despite the claims of its designers. It was made by rational intelligence and is limited to rational intelligence.

Enlightenment is the switching on, or powering up of the potential stored in your body, by you - awareness. This is your primary work, before your human purpose.

I often think of Alan Watts, the great spiritual orator who despite his seeming wisdom, drank himself to death at the age of 58. He showed us that ultimately words are cheap. As Jesus said “You will know them by their fruits”.

AI can dazzle you with adaptations of spiritual texts, but it’s all empty and fake. Don’t be deceived.

Prior to these limiting labels, experience is one. The main driver of this limiting mindset is unnecessary tension in the eyes, ears, nose, lips, tongue and skin - the interface between 'inner' and 'outer'.

Relax your sense organs.

While the mind likes to classify different kinds of species, there is really only one nature appearing as many.

Immerse yourself in nature to return to your true nature.

This is a sensory dream. It’s so compelling that most think they are really separate bodies living on a planet in space. It certainly appears that way and that’s the point: it’s just appearance.

When viewed calmly and honestly right now, your experience has no history. Differences in colour, shape, texture, sound, volume, distance, taste, smell, intensity etc, are all mental labels we have learned and slavishly come to accept as the real thing, ‘out there’. We’re conning ourselves, because it’s all in here - in Me / You / Us. We are Awareness Experience. One Mind One Life Evernow.

There is only One Mind, One Life. Life is Mind and Mind is Life. Yet within the Life dream there are many minds and many lives. If we are to truly win the game of life, we must play to the death. As there is no death, that means we must kill the thought of it. We are getting into paradox territory here, which is absolutely essential to transcend the lie of death.

It is a fact that there are dead bodies. Yet there is no death. Life prevails while bodies die. Forms change as immortal life simply is.

The great lie of human experience is to anthropomorphize everything: to be so identified with thoughts and emotions that we literally create our own separation. As we do this elements of our subconscious - which is Universal subconscious - are alienated and we experience inner discord which is projected onto the screen of sense.

True awakening is conscious penetration of the subconscious. Until this happens new life forms are born with old programs which play out the drama of separation. This is why bad things happen to good people.

Suffering is the necessary chipping of the marble to reveal the work of art within. All of us are works of art and it is our work to divine (feel or intuit) our optimal resonance. It’s interesting that art has two meanings, which are connected. We are true works of art when we are. That is, we are most happy and whole when we surrender identification with the inevitable slings and arrows of human experience and relax into pure subjective awareness.

Pure subjective awareness isn’t some scientific byproduct of neurons firing in an animal brain. It is you looking inside yourself right now and seeing that nothing is there, but you still are. From here we can use language to describe appearances, but are not attached to them. Just as we look at waves rising and falling in the ocean, we relax through labels into the living, vibrant ocean of life. We see that with our willingness to behold life as it is without judgement, and more, to appreciate it as it is, it gets better and better and better.

Masculine is Death, Feminine is Life

It is the ultimate role of the masculine to kill death. This means killing thoughts and emotions before they take on a zombie-like existence of their own. The masculine part of our intelligence is our rational discerning mind. It is the sword which is supposed to guard the inner sanctum of the feminine subconscious - the intuitive, creative part of our intelligence. When it fails to do this, other people’s thoughts and emotions violate our subconscious, covering our authentic nature and causing us to think and act like them. From here the subconscious develops strategies such as addictions to cope with the dissonance it feels.

The sword of discernment (conscious mind) needs to be razor sharp and well tempered enough to cut through problems and withstand thrusts, cuts and blows (negative thoughts and emotions). A blunt sword has no discernment. A sharp sword that is too hardened breaks easily under pressure.

In The Lord of The Rings Aragorn (conscious mind) needs the help of the Half-elves Arwen and her father Elrond (subconscious mind) to reforge his broken sword. The Sword was broken while fighting the dark lord Sauron (Satan / materialism).

In the featured painting The Accolade, we see a young man (conscious mind) being knighted by a noble lady (subconscious mind). Both examples show us that the sword of the conscious mind only becomes legitimate when blessed by the subconscious.

In reality this means that we have to learn to listen and trust our inner voice, to the extent where it feels safe enough to be itself, rather than playing out former coping strategies. We habitually play out coping strategies when we don’t listen and take action according to our inner voice.

The takeaway here is to honour your subconscious mind. That means eating healthy food, developing kind but firm discipline over your habits, spending more time in nature and less with tech, exercising in a fun way - not just mechanically working out under strip lights, listening to electronic music or watching a screen.

Your subconscious mind is where your magic is. If you feel magic is missing from your life, it’s time to start listening and taking decisive action. As mentioned in previous posts, I recommend doing a toxicity and parasite cleanse. When your system is compromised by chronic toxicity and accompanying parasite load, it’s very hard to connect with your magic, even with the best will in the world.

2000-99 is the final century of the age of Pisces and we are in Judgement now. If you love life it is of the utmost importance that you make the right choices for yourself. Otherwise the momentum of this epoch will pull you into a dark place. As subjective awareness you are always completely safe. But within the waking dream of life it’s your honour and mission to divine your unique path. For that you need to sharpen your sword, temper it with flexibility and start killing doubt, fears, procrastination and all the other little gremlins that have been living off your energy.

We start to become wise when we realize that we can never really understand life. Understanding is abstraction while life is immediate. Any attempt to know or understand it is futile because knowing and understanding reduces living experience to dead ideas. That’s not to say that ideas are bad. I’m using them now to communicate with you. But as I do so, I’m immersed completely in glorious full sensory aliveness.

Life is simultaneously meaningful and meaningless: it’s never one or the other. Enlightenment literally means bringing light or lightness into the mind. It is no longer weighed down by too much focus of awareness.

The mind isn’t the problem. It’s just a thought really and we’re (we are awareness) only trapped by focusing more on thought and emotion than our whole sensory experience.

As we look into our macrocosmic experience of Earth, Solar System, Milky Way and Universe, we see a mirror of our internal state.

• Earth is our physical body

• Moon is our emotional body

• Planets are our character and emotions

• Sun is our I

• Space is our origin and environment

We always see more space than anything else because it’s a constant reminder that that is what we really are - no thing. Everything we perceive in sense is the manifestation of our already complete inner state. Our lives are eternal dream holograms of the perfection already present.

People have realized this and come to the conclusion that “life is an illusion”. We must be very careful with this kind of thinking, because if we persist in it, disease and death result. By telling life that it’s an illusion, it fades away. This is why many spiritual teachers are unhealthy: because despite their powerful realization of the intrinsic oneness of all, they blow it by telling themselves they’re not real.

We must understand that life is always listening, because we are life. Remember that abstractions - such as “life’s an illusion” - are ultimately dead words. Life is so intelligent and immediate that it acts upon the beliefs that we focus upon.

The truth is that simultaneously life is real and an illusion. These concepts cancel each other out so that all there is, is this.
